CI began in 2003 as a unique church planting/mobilization ministry. This ministry was formed at a time when many are looking to go to the 10/40 window north, yet many in South America are still in great need of the gospel of Christ.
Our desire initially is to mobilize churches and called out believers to Argentina.
Our goal is to reach people, disciple new believers, train them for ministry, organize workers into teams, and mobilize them to plant churches to many unreached pueblos around lower South America and around the world. We believe that God will raise up South American leaders to go to the 10/40 window north.
Our field ministry is located in the 10/40 window south, where 98% of the 40,301,927 (July 2007 est.) Argentines do not have a relationship with Christ. We live and minister in Nueva Cordoba, the university area of Cordoba, Argentina.
Cordoba has more university students per capita than any other Latin American city. Many of them live in Nueva Cordoba. The typical student in N.C. is from an upper middle class family. In this high-rent district, we are reaching the future leaders of industry and government.
We desire to raise up future missionaries to go all over the country and the world for God's glory.
